Very original matching numbers, three owner early 260Z 2+2 with the early thin bumpers and front turnsignals below the bumper.
93,000 miles with 5 speed and air conditioning (needs recharging). No body or bumper mods. Body, frame rails, floor pans, and trunk floor are very solid with no rust out. Fenders, wheelarches, sills, headlights, etc are solid. Car has great lines. Door and window close nicely. Rubber and chrome are very good. Original glass except the windshield. Still retains the original seat belt inerlock. Paint was redone in original Nissan white 5-6 years ago and while not perfect ( nicks, scrapes, dings) still has a nice shine.
NEW: rear suspension and mustache bushes, differential mount and strap, transmission mount, tires, fuel pump, gasket set, and rear wheel cylinder
UPGRADES: aluminum radiator , weber carbs, vittiloni mirrors, American racing wheels, auxillary electric fuel pump with manual control
INTERIOR: Seat covers are very good with no rips or tears. Driver seat has one very small defect. Dash is original with one crack, rear seat is great, carpet is great, aftermarket radio works CD does not
BODY: No rust out as described. Door has one 1/4″ bubble. Rear bumper is included (needs work).
DRIVETRAIN: Original matching number engine, clutch is fine, differential is fine, transmission shifts fine (does at times slip out of first gear with fast deceleration), Engine starts, runs, drives fine, idle is a little rough
Title is clear and in hand. Payment: cash or with check must clear my bank before pickup.
I have tried to describe this car as completely as possible. It is almost 50 years old and is not perfect but I don’t think you will find a more solid Z for the money.
