More Details & Pictures
Mileage believed to be correct, the car still has features such as front air dam. Repainted in its original color, 302 paint code. It is the earlier of the two 260 styles, and looks more like a 240; I like the rear bumper over-riders and wood steering wheel.
The best feature of the car is the motor, which bears 1972 SU carbs from Z-therapy and a 280Z block, upping the horsepower quite a bit. A later 5-speed transmission has also been installed. It has the factory jack, wheel chock, and luggage straps. A California car, I can’t find an ounce of body rot on the car including the most common areas.
An excellent runner, it can be driven anywhere and completed a 500 mile trip with ease. A cassette player [did you save the old tunes?] and power antenna work through a speaker bank in back; the original panel comes, intact, with the car. Not working is the rear window defroster and the clock. The passenger door lock sticks. Otherwise, there’s not much to detract. Licensed and titled in my name. First time advertised. Land line, no texts.
Family health forces sale.
