More Details: Here is a great example of the classic Datsun Z. Only 3 owners, originally from Maine and moved to Texas eight years ago. This car is simply in spectacular condition. As you have also noticed, the Z market is on the rise and if you have been considering investing in a 260Z, this car will not disappoint.
This 1974 Datsun 260Z low mileage car has been in storage for over 22 years and has recently been restored. The interior is immaculate and the original 6 cylinder 2565cc engine runs great. Car has been stripped and repainted to the original gold color and comes equipped with black upholstery, carpet, original dash, headliner and sun visors. Dash is in perfect condition with no cracks.
Absolutely no rust, as you look close at the fender edges for the original factory spot welds and the inside of the spare tire well where I have removed the spare tire for you to see the perfect condition of the original sheet-metal floor pans and finish. The car comes with the original spare tire and car jack & tire “irons” as shown in their original leather tool pouch. Car has a clean title.
All chrome, rubber seals, name plates and trim are in great shape. Bumpers have “over-rider” rally bars that are also in perfect shape. All instruments are in working order, including the original tach, gauges, clock, AM/FM radio, with rear window defrost. All glass and mirrors are scratch free.
Neat and clean under the hood, with a new battery, fuel pump & filter, clutch master & clutch slave cylinder, plugs and wires. Car starts easily, performs and drives better than new.
